A Natural Affair Beauty Lounge is an oasis where relaxation meets service to create a pleasant customer experience. We appreciate your time and value your making time to patronize our salon.
Our policies are outlined below:
late ARRIVALS
We ask that you arrive on time for scheduled appointments; however, we understand that problems arise.
We must be notified as soon as possible if you will be late to your appointment, and if you will not be attending your appointment, we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance or your deposit for services will not be refunded or applied to any future services.
If you will be late for your appointment or need to reschedule: NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.

If you fail to show up to your appointment, including not notifying our staff and/or management 24 hours before your appointment time, there will be no refunds of deposits in any circumstances.
Late arrivals for services are not tolerated or allowed after 15 minutes, and a new booking and deposit must be paid at the discretion of the stylist and management in order to keep our schedules on time and as a courtesy to other clients.
Late arrivals for services are ONLY accepted at the discretion of the stylist.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON
A Natural Affair is a child-friendly salon and provides services to children over the age of 5, however, unless your child is receiving a service, we do not allow children in the salon under any circumstances.
